various phases of
our approach are as

Discovery
In
this phase, a team
of senior consultants
work with the client
to gain a better understanding
of the existing practices
and find the gaps
in the system vis-à-vis
best practices. The
opportunities for
improvement (OFIs)
are identified and
prioritized based
on the business requirements.
Definition
During
this phase the Exuberant
team works along with
the client teams in
defining the new processes,
based on the key OFIs
identified in the
last phase. Practitioner
inputs and feedbacks
are taken during the
new process definition.
Guidelines, checklists
and templates for
the new
Deployment
The
new processes are
deployed across the
organization/ identified
projects as per plan.
The stakeholders and
practitioners are
trained on the new
processes and metrics.
Extensive hand holding
support is provided
in this phase to ensure
proper institutionalization
of the new processes.
Verification
In-process
and independent audits
take place in this
phase. Necessary action
is taken based on
the outcome of the
audits. This can be
in terms of proper
institutionalization
or putting the necessary
checks and balances
in place to ensure
proper institutionalization.
Metrics collected
are also analyzed.
